Job Responsibilities:

Participate in R&D, testing, and optimization of miniature servo drives and related products; Support team in product development for humanoid robots, quadruped robots, joint modules, military, aerospace, and other fields; Assist in design, coding, debugging, documentation, and other practical project tasks; Deeply understand business requirements, collaborate with technical team to advance project progress.

Qualifications:

2026 graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, Mathematics or related fields; Strong interest in robotics, motion control or embedded systems, relevant project experience preferred; Good learning ability and team collaboration awareness, able to quickly integrate into development environment; Minimum 4 days per week internship, lasting 3+ months.

Job Content:

1. Responsible for topic planning, scripting, and storyboarding for servo drive product short videos; 2. Responsible for shooting, directing, and cinematography for short videos;
3. Responsible for post-shooting editing, with excellent aesthetic sense, able to independently complete project content;
4. Understand Douyin, Video Accounts, and related short video platforms, familiar with short video trends and rules;
5. Familiar with the full production process, able to plan project timelines and coordinate with colleagues to complete tasks on schedule;
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in Film, Directing, Screenwriting, Chinese, Journalism, Advertising, Design or related fields;
2. 3+ years of relevant work experience;
3. Good aesthetic sense, shooting and post-production capabilities, proficient with FCPX/PR, AE, PS and related software;
4. Follow current trending content, familiar with short video trends, creative thinking, imaginative, strong writing skills, able to write various script styles;

Job Content:

1. Negotiate with suppliers based on requirements from R&D and production departments, responsible for price follow-up and negotiation to secure optimal pricing (compare multiple suppliers);

2. Track ordered materials, monitor delivery schedules, ensure timely warehousing, coordinate with requesting departments for material acceptance;

3. Handle returns/replacements of defective materials promptly to meet R&D and production needs;

4. Assist finance with accounts receivable/payable tasks.

Job Content:

1. Understand basic working principles of frequency converters and servo systems;

2. Independently complete functional, performance, and reliability testing of finished products. Functional testing includes board testing, signal testing, interface testing; Reliability testing includes environmental tests (high/low temperature, humidity, vibration), EMC tests, safety regulation tests, etc.;

3. Independently set up test platforms, analyze and assist in resolving issues found in R&D testing, complete project testing, record results, maintain test processes, provide feedback on testing progress and issue tracking, write standardized test reports;

4. Communicate promptly with hardware and software engineers to effectively implement product design solutions and assist in production processes;

5. Lead production test equipment development, test method implementation, assist in establishing factory test standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Electronic Measurement or related fields (exceptional candidates with college diplomas considered);

2. Priority given to those with 5+ years of hardware testing experience in servo or frequency converter products;

3. Familiar with analog/digital circuits; priority given to those skilled with oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition equipment, etc.;

4. Meticulous, proactive, strong execution ability, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and quality awareness, able to handle pressure.
