Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Electronic Technology, Motors, Measurement & Control or related fields;
Proficient in using EDA software for circuit design; skilled with development tools like AD/PROTEL, PADS/POWERPCB, ORCAD/ALLEGRO for 1-8 layer PCB design;
Familiar with industrial electronic component selection standards;
Skilled in using circuit design software for analog/digital circuit design and simulation software;
Strong knowledge of EMC, safety regulations, and board process; able to solve various issues in product design, production, and application;
3+ years of hardware development experience in servo drives, brushless drives, or frequency converters;

1. Responsible for the development, verification, and optimization of servo motor control algorithms, including parameter self-tuning, dead zone compensation, inertia identification, load observer, etc.;
2. Complete relevant technical documentation and self-test reports;
3. Establish Simulink simulation models based on existing products, complete simulation analysis and verification of algorithm functions.

Main Responsibilities:
