Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Insight: Explore customer needs and application scenarios for servo products, identify segment market opportunities, and produce industry analysis reports.
2. Competitor Research: Track domestic and international competitor dynamics, conduct multi-dimensional comparative analysis on technology, performance, price, etc., and formulate differentiation strategies.
3. Product Planning: Develop product Roadmap, define core functions, performance indicators, and iteration pace, and promote the enhancement of product competitiveness.
4. Requirement Management: Lead requirement collection, prioritization, and transformation, write PRD documents, and coordinate the R&D team for implementation.
5. R&D Control: Follow up on the development progress throughout, control key technical nodes, and ensure product delivery quality and cost control.
6. Launch Management: Lead product launch plans, formulate pricing strategies, monitor market feedback, and promote product optimization and iteration.
7. Marketing Support: Produce technical white papers, case documents, training materials, etc., to empower the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in Automation/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or related majors;
2. Over 5 years of servo experience, familiar with servo drives, motor control, and industrial automation scenarios.
3. Priority given to those with technical or R&D experience;
3. Possess competitor analysis skills, able to formulate differentiation strategies from technical, performance, price, and other dimensions;
4. Have cross-department collaboration experience, able to promote R&D, testing, supply chain, and other teams to achieve goals;
